This cuvée blends the classic varieties of Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle, and Syrah, undergoing traditional maturation in stainless steel tanks. In the glass, it gleams with delicate salmon-pink and copper-red hues. Its enticing aroma is reminiscent of ripe raspberries, juicy strawberries, and subtle herbal notes. On the palate, vibrant flavors of wild strawberries and redcurrants intertwine with hints of rhubarb, balanced by lively acidity and a refreshing, tangy finish.
