This Chardonnay shows how exciting Mendoza can be beyond Malbec, too. From the high-altitude sites of Uco Valley, it brings freshness, depth and a subtle touch of oak into your glass.

On the nose, you’ll find peach, pear, grapefruit and candied citrus peel. A fine honey note and a hint of brioche add another layer to the aromas.

The grapes come from Gualtallary and El Peral, from more than ten parcels across three altitude levels. Ageing on the lees in oak barrels gives the wine structure, while partial malolactic fermentation contributes to its balanced style.

On the palate, it is full and balanced, with a creamy texture and a long finish. It pairs especially well with grilled white fish, pasta in butter or cream sauces, white meat and citrus-led dishes.
