To highlight its pristine fruit expression, the wine underwent maturation in stainless steel tanks followed by nine months of ageing on fine lees. On the palate, it is dry, juicy, and remarkably harmonious. Expect flavours of stone fruit, yellow apple, and delicate elderflower that linger gracefully.
