This exclusive white wine comes from several vineyards in the Styrian volcanic region and perfectly represents the soils and the leading grape variety of this area. There is hardly any need to say much about the Krispel winery at this point. Few other wineries have risen to prominence as impressively in recent years.

Overall, 2025 was a very good and well-balanced year in Styrian Vulkanland, and this is clearly reflected in the Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe grapes, expressive varietal fruit and vibrant freshness define the wine, complemented by a delicate minerality from the volcanic soils. Matured classically in stainless steel tanks, the Sauvignon Blanc reveals exotic notes, grapey fruit and a fine gooseberry flavour. Brilliantly clear, with a lively structure and a subtle lemony touch, it is an exceptionally enjoyable wine of the highest quality.

An excellent accompaniment to salads with cream cheese, asparagus and many vegetarian dishes. It also pairs beautifully with fish and is perfect for simply enjoying life.
