Description
A classic from a leading winery in the Traisental valley. The grapes for this wine come from some of the finest vineyards in the region, characterised by a variety of soil types and certified organic cultivation. A very typical, easy-drinking, youthful Riesling that delights from the very first sip.
Highly fruity on the nose, with inviting notes of vineyard peach. On the palate, it is finely structured, with a delicate and playful character. Dry with a subtle hint of fruit sweetness. Light-bodied with lively acidity, while the juiciness of yellow tropical fruit lingers on the finish. Suitable for cellaring for up to seven more years, though already very enjoyable to drink now.
An excellent table wine, well suited to fish and shellfish, and also an ideal match for Asian cuisine.
