This exceptional wine is made in the Venetian style, blending 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot. Grapes from the finest vineyards in Caldiero are carefully dried for 20 days, losing approximately 20% of their weight to concentrate flavors. Following a 14-day maceration, the wine is aged in large oak barrels for over a year to achieve its remarkable character.

The nose enchants with aromas of dark berries, dried fruit, and a delicate hint of mint. On the palate, it’s intense and engaging, yet beautifully balanced and harmonious. Juicy and approachable, the wine’s bright acidity ensures an elegant drinking experience. Multi-layered and refined, it evokes the richness of Amarone but with a lighter body and moderate alcohol. The finish is smooth, lingering, and utterly satisfying.
