Description
The Terebinto 2025 Organic is Planeta’s characterful Grillo from Menfi. Tropical fruit, Mediterranean origins and vibrant freshness make it an easy-going favourite for many occasions.
The grapes come from the Monte Cirami and Gurra vineyards. Following gentle processing, the wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged on its fine lees, which are stirred regularly. This ensures its profile remains clear and lively.
On the nose, the Terebinto reveals notes of pineapple, white melon, Granny Smith apple, prickly pear, mandarin, and floral hints of wisteria and jasmine. On the palate, it is fresh, vibrant and very well-balanced.
You can enjoy it with seafood crudo, pasta with sea urchin, fish and vegetables – or serve it with mild cheeses and a crisp vegetable pinzimonio.
