We are particularly captivated by the 2015 vintage, though it benefits from a little more ageing. As a cooler, later-ripening year, its flavour profile is leaner and less opulent than more exuberant vintages like 2012 or 1996. This gives the champagne a refined, elegant structure that still shows potential for growth.
